SSL or TLS encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operator. Server log files

The pages provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These are:

  • Page, Example: "/career/jobs/[jobName]"

  • URL, Example: "/about-us"

  • Network Speed, Example: "4g (or slow-2g, 2g, 3g)"

  • Browser, Example: "Chrome 86 (Blink)"

  • Device Type, Example: "Mobile (or Desktop/Tablet)"

  • Device OS, Example: "Android 10"

  • Country (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2), Example: "US"

  • Server-Received Event Time, Example: "2020-10-29 09:06:30"

This data is not merged with other data sources.

The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website - for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.

Web Vitals und Analytics

Data is only recorded by the server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. Instead of relying on cookies like many analytics products, you are identified by a hash created from the incoming request (server log files). Using a generated hash provides a privacy-friendly experience for you and means you can't be tracked between different days or different websites.

The generated hash is valid for a single day, at which point it is automatically reset.

If you loads our website for the first time, that visit is tracked as a page view. Subsequent page views are tracked via the native Browser API.

Use of Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta") on our website.

With the help of the Meta Pixel, we can track the behavior of visitors to our website after they have been redirected to our website by clicking on a Meta advertisement. This allows us to evaluate the effectiveness of our advertisements for statistical and market research purposes and optimize future advertising measures.

The collection and evaluation of this data is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR in conjunction with § 25 para. 1 TTDSG). You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future: Revoke consent now

Meta may also link this data to your Meta account and use it for its own advertising purposes. For this purpose, Meta may store cookies or similar technologies on your device.

Data transfer to third countries

Data may be transferred to the USA and other third countries. For these transfers, Meta has implemented standard contractual clauses in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR. Further information can be found at: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy

Request by e-mail, phone

Suppose you contact us by e-mail or phone. In that case, your request, including all resulting personal data (name, request), will be stored and processed by us to process your request. We will not share this data without your consent. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR provided that your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling the requests addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this was requested. The data you send to us via contact requests will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g., after processing your request has been completed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular statutory retention periods - remain unaffected.

Form Data and Storage

The personal data you enter in our feedback form (such as name and company name) are collected to process your inquiries and to improve our services. These data are stored in a MongoDB database, which is hosted on AWS servers in Frankfurt, Germany (Region: eu-central-1).

Purpose of Data Processing

The storage and processing of this data are intended to collect and analyze your feedback on our products and services to further improve our offerings. This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, which permits the processing of personal data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Revocation of Consent

You may revoke your consent to the storage and processing of your data at any time. The revocation can be made by sending a message to our email address hello@flowcraftdb.de. After your revocation, your personal data will be deleted unless there are statutory retention obligations.

Security of Data Processing

To ensure the security of your data during transmission, we use encryption methods that are up-to-date with current technology (e.g., SSL) over HTTPS. Despite these measures, internet-based data transfers can generally have security gaps, so absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.

5. Online Appointment Booking via Google Calendar

Using Google Calendar for Online Appointment Booking

For online appointment booking on our website, we use the service "Google Calendar," provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Purpose of Data Processing

The use of Google Calendar is intended to simplify and manage appointment bookings by our customers. This includes the automatic synchronization of appointments, reminders, and the optimization of schedule planning.

Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on your consent according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future by contacting us. However, the revocation does not affect the legality of the processing carried out until the revocation.

Transfer of Data to Third Countries

As Google is a company based in the USA, your data may be transferred to a country that does not offer the same level of data protection as the European Union. However, we have concluded standard contractual clauses with Google to ensure that your data is processed securely and in accordance with European data protection standards.
